Teaching Expenses and Income
With Music Teacher's Helper, you can keep track of all your teaching expenses! From recital hall fees and sheet music, to a new instrument, or any other expense you have, Music Teacher's Helper is the perfect tool to manage your studio finances.
Then when you run an Income and Expense report, you will be able to see a categorized list of all your expenses over the date range you selected.
You can also track additional income you receive outside of teaching lessons. This is a good way to record income without affecting your students' account balances.
Adding Expenses
How to add an expense:
- Click the "Billing" Menu"
- Click "My Expenses"
- Click "Add Expense
- Fill out the form and click "Save Expense"
Now you can see a list of all your expenses.
